Implants
Got a missing tooth? A dental implant is a lasting solution, made from a titanium post surgically placed in the jawbone, topped off with a crown cover. We craft each and every crown bespoke to you so that it fits in naturally and aesthetically alongside your existing teeth. Implants are incredibly durable and if looked after correctly, can last a lifetime. This is due to their special make-up, which encourages the titanium to fuse with the jawbone over time (osseo-integration).
Smile: Regain your confidence and smile freely with a full set of teeth.
Function: Hard fruits, nuts, pulses and chewy foods are back on the menu!
Speech: Unlike dentures, implants shouldn’t affect tongue movement, which avoids speech impairment.

Restorative
Got a chipped tooth, discolouration or other tooth damage? Discover treatments available at Sage Dental to conceal and repair your teeth.
White fillings: These restore decayed, chipped, or worn teeth and are crafted bespoke to match your natural teeth colour.
Inlays: We use digital technology to design porcelain inlays to fill a cavity as naturally-looking as possible.
Onlays: We typically make these from ceramic resin, composite resin or gold onlay, and they are used to replace a larger missing part of the tooth.
Crowns: Crowns offer a natural-coloured durable ‘cap’ for teeth to cover defects such as chips, decay, discolouration and more. We offer various different crowns, such as gold alloy, EMAX and Zirconic.

Periodontics
A build up of plaque and tartar can cause gum disease. Symptoms of gum disease can include: inflammation, redness, bleeding after brushing, receding gums, bad breath and more.
Gingivitus is the first stage of gum disease and one of our Hygienist can treat this with a deep clean. If left untreated, Periodontitis can develop, which is a chronic disease that requires regular appointments with our specialists to prevent further deterioration of gums and teeth. In more severe cases of receding gums and bone loss, surgical intervention may be required.
Our Periodontics specialists are:
Dr. Mandeep Birah & Dr. Nikita Solanki
Hygienists
Our Hygienists assess your oral health, check for gum disease and offer deep clean services in hard-to-reach areas such as under the gum line. A dentist may refer you to one of our Hygienists if they have noticed that you have early stages of gum disease (Gingivitus). If left untreated, Gingivitus can go on to become Periodontitis, which has severe symptoms that are destructive to your gums and teeth.
Once your initial assessment and treatment is completed, we recommend regular appointments for maintenance.

Root Canal Treatment
Our Endodontists specialise in Root Canal Treatment, which is a surgical procedure involving removal of infected pulp from the innermost part of the tooth to prevent infection from spreading. The aim of this is to help save a severely damaged tooth, which would have otherwise required extraction, and help you maintain a natural-looking smile.
Damage may come as a result of untreated decay, a deep filling or trauma to the tooth. Symptoms may include: pain, increased sensitivity to temperature, metallic taste, discolouration, tender gums, or swelling.
If you are concerned about the treatment, we offer sedation of local anaesthetic.
